Low Temperature Processing Compatibility: Exhibits excellent bonding and transparency at processing temperatures as low as 80℃, especially suitable for composites of heat-sensitive materials (such as silk, acrylic, rattan, etc.).

Dual Temperature Processing Performance: Achieves higher transparency and bonding performance at a processing temperature of 125℃, with a crosslinking degree of 85%—90%, meeting the processing needs of high-end laminated glass.

5. Recommended Application Range

• Can be used for low-temperature lamination, acrylic laminated silk, or composites of other heat-sensitive materials; can also be used for high-temperature processing to produce outdoor laminated glass. Exhibits good bonding at 80℃; shows good transparency at 80℃; (Processing Method A) Exhibits good bonding and transparency at 125℃; and has a crosslinking degree of 85%—90%.
• Can be used with the following materials: inorganic materials (glass, marble, tiles, metals, etc.) and their prints, organic materials (PMMA, PC, PET, PVC, etc.) and their prints.
Other interlayer materials (silk, cotton and linen, paper, honeycomb board, etc.) and their prints.
Note: If silicone sealants, structural adhesives, or other sealing materials are required during the installation of laminated glass, it is necessary to confirm their compatibility with the EVA interlayer, as some sealing materials may react adversely with the interlayer, causing delamination, bubbling, or blackening around the laminated glass. Chemical detergents may also react adversely with the EVA interlayer.

Temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, humidity below 50%;
Avoid direct sunlight, waterproof and moisture-proof, keep away from heat sources, do not squeeze;
Unused film should be properly stored, it is recommended to make a sample glass of no less than 0.5 ㎡ before the next use to confirm product quality;
After unpacking, please pay attention to dust and moisture protection, and use it up within 3 months.
