The conference specially invited government leaders such as Li Dapeng, former director of the Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, and Xu Zhitao, cadre of the Construction Market Supervision Department of the Guangdong Provincial Housing and Urban Rural Development Department, to attend. The conference was chaired by Chen Xiong, president of the Guangdong Building Curtain Wall and Metal Roof Society and a national engineering survey and design master. Leading experts in the industry, such as Luo Yi and Yang Shichao, have made speeches and provided suggestions for the high-quality development of the industry.

At the conference, units and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the work of the society in 2024 were solemnly commended. Among them, Guangdong Zhicheng Langming New Material Technology Co., Ltd. won the "Important Contribution Appreciation Award" for its independently developed "ultra-high strength rollable EVA-EG36 film" technology breakthrough.
