Project Name 2
Simulate a high-temperature immersion environment to detect the moisture content and heat resistance of materials.
Test the glass sample at 140°C and record the average moisture content; preheat the sample in warm water at 65±3°C for 3 minutes, then vertically immerse it in boiling water at 98-100°C for 2 hours, and visually inspect for defects after cooling to room temperature.
Moisture content ≤ 0.2%; heat resistance edge glue ≤ 5 mm, no bubbles or discoloration within 12 mm beyond the edge.
